Zes (Zumba Education Specialist from Colombia). Personal fitness trainer and group music teacher for SECTOR FITNESS European Academy, EHFA (European Health and Fitness Association) license. Coach in Group Aerobic Step, metabolic acceleration, combat fitness, bodybuilding and fitness room, TRX.
Professional in social communication with a specialty in organizational communication from the Central University of Colombia.
23 years of experience in working with the community in the promotion of directed physical exercise, group classes with music, healthy lifestyle habits; from the operational and administrative area.
Zin member since 2013, director and instructor of Studio Z Dance and Fitness dedicated to Zumba in Bogotá, created in 2014.
Instructor Trainer in Colombia Zes since 2019.
Presenter at Zumba events in Colombia and different countries around the world.
Passionate about education and the possibility of motivating more people to heal their wounds,relieve their pain, be happy and improve their quality of life with Zumba. The end is service, to leave the world a little better than it was.
I love my work and I want to inspire more people to be successful instructors, who replicate happiness in more people with their lives, based on the technical, academic, practical and experiential.
