I began dancing at the age of 4 and started teaching dance and fitness with 15.
Coming from a lot of different backgrounds, like Ballett, Jazzdance, HipHop, Latin and Ballroom, I am always trying to bring all different styles into my choreographies and classes.

I am a professional dance and fitness instructor since 2004 and have a variety of licences for different programs.

I also work as a choreographer for Videoclipdancing- and HipHop in Germany and as a judge for national Dance Championships.

As a Zumba® Education Specialist I am teaching Basic 1, Rhythms 2 and 3, Zumba Sentao®, Zumba® Step Instructor Trainings in Germany and other countries worldwide and have been a STRONG nation® Master Trainer from 2016 until 2024.
